ORDERING AND SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time. International shipping is not available yet.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping delivers within 5–8 business days (free on orders over $75). Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for $12.99.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 4 business days of placing your order, contact support@oshyra.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately at support@oshyra.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed, but we will do everything we can.

Dietary supplements are not FDA approved — this applies to all supplements, not just ours. Are your products third-party tested?

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, contact support@oshyra.com and we will issue a full refund or replacement.

What if my product arrived damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return required.
