At Oshyra, we stand behind every product in our catalog. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Oshyra products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us at support@oshyra.com and we will issue a full refund or replacement — no questions asked.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return or refund:
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- The product must be in its original condition (unopened or minimally used)
- You must provide your order number and reason for return

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — no return required.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned:
- Products purchased during a final sale or with a non-returnable discount code
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Orders where a return request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery without prior approval

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return request is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued. Credit card processing times vary by institution and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

RETURN SHIPPING

For approved returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. You are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged for return shipment. Oshyra is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

For subscription orders, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date. Cancellations made after billing has processed will be fulfilled for that cycle and cancelled going forward. Refunds on processed subscription charges follow the standard 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Include: your name, order number, reason for return, and a photo if the item is damaged.

We respond to all return requests within 24–48 hours on business days.
