PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

- Standard shipping (5–8 business days): $5.99
- Free standard shipping on orders over $70
- Expedited shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on location and carrier conditions.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time. International shipping is not available at this time.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of your order, please contact us at support@oshyra.com.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Oshyra is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Wait 24 hours in case of a carrier delay
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, contact us at support@oshyra.com and we will work with you to find a resolution

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the damage before opening and contact us within 7 days at support@oshyra.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

DELAYS

Oshyra is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control. During peak periods (holidays, sales events), processing and delivery times may be longer than standard estimates.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Oshyra is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an address error immediately after ordering, contact us at support@oshyra.com as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.
