By placing an order or using any part of our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and accepted these Terms, and agree to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

Oshyra sells science-backed health and wellness supplements through our website. We make every effort to display product information, ingredients, and images accurately. Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit quantities of any product at any time.

3. FDA DISCLAIMER

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Supplements are intended to support general health and wellness. 4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is due at time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure.

5. ORDERS AND FULFILLMENT

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or product unavailability. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and again when it ships. Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days before shipment.

6. SHIPPING

We ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Oshyra is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you purchase a subscription product, your payment method will be charged automatically at the selected billing interval until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date by contacting support@oshyra.com. Cancellations made after a billing cycle has processed will take effect for the following cycle. Refunds on processed subscription charges follow the standard 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on oshyra.com — including but not limited to the Oshyra name, logo, brand marks, product descriptions, photography, and website design — is owned by or licensed to Oshyra and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without express written permission.

10. USER ACCOUNTS

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.

11. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use our website to violate any applicable laws or regulations, submit false or fraudulent orders, transmit harmful code or disruptive content, harvest personal information of other users, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan. If you are located outside the United States, you consent to the jurisdiction of Michigan courts.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
